- Any bullying should be stopped as soon as it's recognized no matter who the culprit is. Supervisors are your 1st line of defense at work, and there Are laws to prevent it-EEOC for one is a federal agency for this. Never give up, never give in to bullying.

- Honestly, the Best we can do is pay attention to our kids. we fix the bad, we praise the good things they do, and if there's a problem, we know about it and it doesn't stay hidden. Then we decide how to deal with it appropriately. If we don't know, we can't fix it.
